Year-to-Date [YTD] Benefit Summaries

Sometimes, you just need a singular place to highlight those for you in an easy to read format. We’ve got you covered, literally.

Previously offered once a year, CTC is happy to announce, that we will now be providing YTD Summaries that CTCers can expect to receive after the close of every quarter!

CTC cares and wants to ensure you have all the details around not only what you are making and how your benefits reflect monetarily, but also to see the ways you can continue to lean into opportunities to maximize these benefits! #cha-ching

For YTD Benefit Summary updates, you can expect those to be finalized and confirmed by the end of the month following the close of the quarter. Your direct supervisor will receive these and will share this information directly with you during your already scheduled meetings. Which could look like your weekly check-in or perhaps during your Forward Progress.
