Entrepreneur personnel files generally include the following: job application, job description, résumé, records of participation in training events, nondisclosure agreement, company property check list, salary history, records of disciplinary action and documents related to the entrepreneur’s  performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring.

Personnel files are the property of the Common Thread Collective and access to the information is restricted.  The Partners and direct supervisors at CTC who have a legitimate reason to review the file are allowed to do so.  You or your representative also has the right to review and obtain copies of your personnel records in accordance with applicable state law.  In order to make such a request, please work with Human Resources in the Differentiation Department.
