OVERALL

Even if 2020 fell flat as a year, we ended on a high note overall. You all gave us the highest quarterly average of 4.2 we’ve had all year. Excited to take this momentum into 2021 and beyond. We’re just getting started.
TAKE NOTE:

We didn’t have any scores qualify for “take note” at the end of Q4. HOW? We know you feel us hearing from you and you see/feel the difference when we are making changes. That won’t stop, it’s our commitment to you and we are tickled you are feeling seen & supported along the way.
STRENGTHS:

While what we needed to take note of shrunk our strengths only grew! BOOM! That’s ending the year strong. Director supervisors continue to be the driving source of satisfaction for CTC – Forward Progress and intentional connections are surely behind this score. Our mission statement is being dissected and the people of CTC are helping to make sure we are helping all entrepreneurs achieve their dreams which also explains our diversity score here. Job satisfaction is holding high standards with TMYD and our culture. And a notable first-timer to the top scores is Learning & Development – spearheaded by our Learning & Development man – stay tuned even bigger impact from him in 2021 (I promise Panagiota wrote this, not Walker).
