Company Update

The most recent CTC Pulse score was the best we’ve ever had, and to have that in November says a ton about the experience we’re creating together. In addition to that, one consistent question was about what we’re going to do around Diversity and Inclusion in 2021.

Here’s what’s happening in the background

• Katrina and her team have been leading executive meetings
• Angel has been meeting 1:1 with executives
• Katrina and Taylor have been working on the future D&I plan for the company

A partner meeting will take place on December 11th, at which point we’ll officially approve the program for roll out on the first of the year. Katrina and her team will continue to be a part of the organization in some way going forward too, to help us with specific projects and goals.
