In life, people move, update their phone numbers, and change their personal email addresses. It’s cool, but we won’t know what you don’t tell us. So that CTC may properly administer various benefit programs and assist you in case of emergency, we ask you to keep your Bob profile updated with current contact information to include but not limited to:

  1. Mailing address
  2. Telephone numbers
  3. Name and number of dependents
  4. Individuals to be contacted in the event of an emergency
