To bring your A-game, you gotta feel healthy. Believe it! In support of everyone’s general health and wellness, CTC supplements a healthy lifestyle with a Health & Wellness program. Each team member can submit for a monthly reimbursable health-related cost up to $75.

What qualifies as a health-related cost? Check it:

  • Acupuncture services
  • Active Release Therapy (ART)
  • Certificates/Certifications (CF, Oly, Weightlifting, NSAM etc)
  • Chiropractic services
  • Classes (any gym/athletic studio)
  • Cleanse, any kind
  • Gym memberships (any gym)
  • Massage therapy
  • One on One coaching (Nutrition Planning, CF, Oly, Power Lifting, Gymnastics, Running, Endurance, Rowing, Quarterback clinics, and the like)
  • Online Fitness classes & subscriptions
  • Protein supplements (powders)
  • Psychological and counseling services
  • Spotify or Apple Music subscription
  • Vitamin supplements
  • Books – ones you can hold, log into, or listen to (Audible etc).
  • “Office Membership” – if you’re renting a space or using a facility like WeWork
  • DayCare/Nanny Care for children
  • Pet Walking Services
  • At home work out equipment
    • Approved examples: foam rollers, yoga mats, weights, rowing machines, bicycles (stationary or traditional), treadmills
    • Non-Approved examples: baseball bat, football, basketball, mouth guard, wrist wraps, knee sleeves, weightlifting belts, shoes of any kind, etc
      • If equipment costs more than $75, you may be repaid for that same item over multiple months.
      • For example, if you buy a bike for $150 in October, you may upload the same expense and receipt for October and November, and be reimbursed $150 of the bike during that time.

Non-qualifying expenses:

  • Clothing, any kind
  • Food, any kind
  • Juice, any kind (unless in a cleanse form)

To qualify for the reimbursable $75, a team member must:

  • Be full time
  • Have proof of purchase with a receipt of some sort, or a charge to your account each month
  • Submit proof of purchase via Expensify following dates outlined on the Payroll Calendar

As pumped as we are to help with your health and wellness, this is an optional benefit. If an expense isn’t submitted on time or found to be outside the parameters, CTC won’t reimburse the expense. If you have any questions, chat with the Differentiation Dept, especially prior to buying something if you’re not sure it qualifies.

If a separation of employment from CTC happens, health and wellness reimbursements are forfeited at the time of termination.
