8.3 | Involuntary Termination

Every CTC entrepreneur  has the status of “entrepreneur -at-will,” meaning that no one has a contractual right, express or implied, to remain in CTC’s employ.  CTC may terminate an entrepreneur ‘s employment, or an entrepreneur  may terminate his/her employment, without cause, and with or without notice, at any time for any reason.  No supervisor or other representative of CTC (except the Managing Partner) has the authority to enter into any agreement for employment for any specified period of time, or to make any agreement contrary to the above.

It’s important to note that any Expensify reimbursements are forfeited if the last day falls anywhere outside of the Expensify reporting due dates.
