Have you been on a growth team for at least one year, or been on a team for 6 months including a Q4?

Have you received your supervisor’s approval to enroll in Growth Guide training?

Are you ready to take your career, skills, and leadership abilities to the next level? Then read on.

Thank you for your patience as we upgraded the Growth Guide training program based experience from the first round. This program is challenging, covers a lot of information quickly, and will demand a ton of you. If you commit yourself fully to this process you will reap an immense reward both personally and professionally. 

This program includes skill building, emotional exploration, and time commitments. We can’t get exceptional outcomes from average inputs. With this program we seek to set ourselves apart from any would-be competitor who dares to challenge CTC’s value offering to the market. 

If we aim to be a world class dream achievement engine for consumer product e-comm companies in the 0-30M range then we need to be world class guides. This program is a major step in that direction.

There is no guarantee that you will complete this program, the pass rate for the first round was 33%. If you fail the program at any point you will be given the opportunity to join the next round of training. 

So what is the potential reward upon completion of the program? If you complete the program and are promoted to a Growth Guide position:

Growth Guide Comp Structure:

  • Base Salary: $100k
  • On Target Earning: $150k (w/ uncapped upside)
  • Bonus relative to team revenue performance % bonus earned beginning at 70% of team profit realization.
  • Additional 10% of all profit above the target. 

Additional Benefits:

  • Growth Guide retreat (Dates and Location TBD) but it will be rad. 
  • $100/mth health and wellness reimbursement
  • MacBook Pro

For most, this represents a massive increase in comp. We believe the people who complete this process will be worth every penny. 

We have 4 goals with this training:

Time Commitments:

  • Intro Session
  • First class
  • Weekly classes Wednesdays
  • Monday Study Halls at 7:00am
  • T-F Study Halls at 7:30am
  • Leave work M,T,TH,F by no later than 5:30 
  • Wednesday Night Class
  • Bi-Weekly Dream Guide Session
  • Bed at 10, Wake at 6 during work week (tracked and slacked from Whoop)
