Quarterly

OVERALL

Second-quarter came in lower than we have had in a while at a 4.1. A reminder that the monthly scores are only indicative of satisfaction and the quarterly scores are reflective of the all larger intake form. Satisfaction for the end of Q2 came in at a 4.4, which is in line with our general satisfaction scores
TAKE NOTE

Scores are still high enough where nothing is populating in the “take note” section of our quarterly pulse, though we did get some great insights form the open ended responses:

Communication | Everyone can expect some updates regarding company success every Monday Grateful meeting. Deeper insights to where we stand from an org chat perspective are offered within bob, to anyone at anytime.

Forward Progress is set monthly purposefully. It’s meant to guarantee you’re getting face to face interaction with your direct superior at least once a month, offering up and receiving feedback in the process. After much consideration, the Diff Dept will not be moving forward with 360 degree reviews as studies have found that women, those in the LGBTQIA2+ and BIPOC communities are consistently rated inconsistently.

There was also feedback around Culture Shift and ERG group communications. This feedback has been given to Culture Shift for consideration. More information for ERG leaders soon.

Sales & Clients | It’s no secret that our retention rate for Q2 dropped from over 80% to about 50%. That has set us up for having to on board a lot of new clients and is impacting our pacing through the end of the year. A lot of you asked for updates to the screening process for clients as well as our offerings.

Learning & Development | The biggest call to action around learning and development was for more role specific onboarding. Diff is working with department managers on this as well as how to impact role efficiency and capacity.

All career pathing as it stands today, is accessible to all in Common Knowledge.

STRENGTHS

Our biggest win in strengths is that Diversity has jumped up in to join the ranks of our top scores. Embrace IDEA will continue to be a focus for CTC as we grow.
