We build our roster with players that compliment the needs of the business. This means that your employment with the Common Thread Collective is on an “at-will” basis, and is not for any fixed period of time. As such, you enter into employment voluntarily, and you are free to resign at any time, for any reason or no reason, and with or without notice.  Similarly, Common Thread Collective is free to conclude its relationship with any entrepreneur at any time, with or without cause or notice for any lawful reason.  In addition, entrepreneurs may be demoted, their job duties changed, or their benefits altered at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for any lawful reason. The policies and statements included in this Handbook shall not limit the right to terminate employment at-will.

No one at the Common Thread Collective other than the Managing Partner or the Vice President of Differentiation have the authority to alter this at-will employment arrangement, or to enter into an agreement for employment for a specified period of time. Any such changes by the Managing Partner or Vice President of Differentiation to an entrepreneur’s at-will status must be in writing and signed by both the entrepreneur and the Managing Partner and/or the Vice President of Differentiation.
