Remote Future

We are officially a distributed workforce by virtue of our hiring. The Future Work taskforce has been discussing and deciding how we should think about the future.

In this journey, we have officially decided that we will not be returning to a centralized office in the future. The default working position of CTC will not be in a geographic location in SoCal. Alongside that decision, though, we decided that physical presence really matters, and we need to find way to facilitate that.

We’ll be working on the details for how we do that in the future for team and company meetings as well as the production of creative.

We know that some of people’s most memorable experiences at CTC involve being together. We are confident that we will find ways to be together at different times to create moments, memories, and collaboration.
