If you’ve got some questions or concerns about discrimination at CTC please talk with your supervisor or Human Resources in the Differentiation Department. In addition, CTC has an internal procedure to address complaints of unlawful discrimination, retaliation and/or harassment, which is outlined in the section of this Handbook entitled “Harassment.” Entrepreneurs can raise concerns and make reports without fear of reprisal or retaliation because we don’t tolerate that sort of behavior. If anyone is found to be engaging in discriminating or retaliatory acts they can expect their behavior to be addressed directly and will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment with CTC.
