From the moment you walk through the door at CTC, you are dubbed a Dream Entrepreneur, which makes TMYD (Tell Me Your Dreams) a mandatory program for all our Entrepreneurs. With TMYD, CTC provides an exclusive opportunity to sit down with certified Dream Guides to discover and pursue your dreams.

Whether it be to travel the world, start a business, or own your first home, CTC believes that each of us has specific dreams and desires that help us live a life of purpose and significance. During TMYD sessions you will have space to dream beyond your status quo and push through the boundaries we all face in our personal journey.

Twice a month, each Entrepreneur has the opportunity to add to the dream culture at CTC by identifying personal dreams. Through TMYD, CTC entrepreneurs strategically align their life and dreams in such a way that they may make their dreams a reality.

As you venture through the TMYD program you will not only uncover your passions, interests, and strengths but also the areas of life that could slow your pace or rev up your engine towards your dreams. Once your dreams are identified, CTC will provide support via the Dream Fund to help each Entrepreneur pursue and attain their dream.

Rough outline of the TMYD process is:

  1. Launch
  2. Exploration
  3. Identification
  4. Declaration
  5. Pursuit
  6. Achievement
  7. Re-Identification

As a Dream Entrepreneur, your dreams are yours to pursue, and CTC is committed to helping you achieve them with the understanding that you must be in good standing with the company per goal completion and no performance improvement/corrective action initiatives are in effect. The point being that TMYD is a way to support you and your dreams so long as you are actively engaged in helping CTC achieve its dreams through account performance, product production, client retention, or whatever is outlined as a key performance indicator for your role/department. TMYD is a mutually beneficial benefit between you and CTC, if the relationship ceases to be mutually beneficial, the benefit may be paused to include the freezing of Dream Funds.

TMYD Dream Fund

You’ve gone on an Exploration in TMYD that lead you to the Identification of your dream. At this point you’re shared your dream with the CTC family at a Friday team meeting and we’re thrilled for you! As part of the Pursuit phase in TMYD, CTC wants to support you as you align your life’s actions around making your dream a reality. The Pursuit is no joke, it’s where rubber meets the road and sometimes you need a little gas money to get the engine running.
Our Dream Fund is a unique opportunity for CTC and its Entrepreneurs to fund one another in achieving our dreams. You might be wondering how? Great question!

How it works:
