Entrepreneurs occasionally may be contacted by outside third parties, including the media, requesting information about CTC.  Entrepreneurs contacted by an outside third party should immediately refer the outside third party to the Marketing Department.  Entrepreneurs should not provide any information concerning CTC unless authorized to do so in writing by the Marketing Department.  This does not preclude Entrepreneurs  from discussing his or her personal terms and conditions with outside third parties if Entrepreneur so chooses.

Requests for job references or employment verifications for current or former Entrepreneurs should be forwarded to the Human Resources in the Differentiation Department.
