If you’ve been a CTC employee for 90 days, you should have gotten an email, sent to your personal email reflected in ADP, inviting you to set up your 401k with ForUsAll.
The email you receive will have links/steps for logging in. Once logged in, you will be able to see your 401k dashboard and make any adjustments you’d like to your contributions or to your portfolio.
You can make adjustments and elections on ForUsAll’s website here: https://account.forusall.com/login
