• You will still access your FPs in the same fashion in Bob!

• Your FP question categories have been updated and questions have been refreshed for both your self-assessments and manager reviews.

• The directors of your departments are feverishly working on entering Goals for all individuals in their departments. These goals will be visible when you work on your FPs and you will also have the ability to directly access

How to Use My Goals in Bob

My Goals is the area in bob for you to manage your individual goals as well as collaborate with your manager on your goal progress.

My Goals in bob allows you to manage and collaborate with your manager on your own individual goals clearly and easily.

How to use Goals information in FP review cycles

📝 Goals information can be accessed using the goals side panel when partaking in FP review cycles.

This allows people to assess themselves and others, depending on the permissions granted, more holistically by easily accessing the goals data right from your FP!

Any changes to a goal during the performance cycle will be marked in the specific goal’s activity log.

Note: When reviewing goals in performance review of cycles that have ended, the information will show a snapshot of the goals’ status during the time of the review.
