4.1 | Attendance & Punctuality

CTC expects that every entrepreneur will be regular and punctual in attendance.  Sometimes life gets in the way – we get it. If you are unable to report for work for any reason, notify your supervisor before regular starting time and be sure to add it to your calendar following CTC Etiquette. Remember, it’s your responsibility to make sure your calendar is up to date and shows if you’re OOO, REMOTE, or OFF.

It is not acceptable to leave a message on a supervisor’s voice mail, except in extreme emergencies.  In the case of leaving a voice-mail message, a follow-up call must be made later that day.

Should undue tardiness become apparent, disciplinary action, up to and including termination may be required. If you’re an hourly entrepreneur and need to work “overtime,”  you’ll want to connect with your direct supervisor PRIOR to putting in those hours for formal approval.
