Clear is Kind and Fascinating Truths shall set us free. Here’s what we learned from our monthly and quarterly pules. Thanks for keeping it real and telling us your truth! #yourvoicematters

Our overall engagement results are outstanding overall, though we can see they’ve pulled back a bit to prior levels. We’ve got to pay careful attention to everyone’s well-being as we move into Q4 to get things trending in the right direction again. We’re excited to close out the year strong with this amazing and growing team of dreamers.
Despite a slightly lower overall score, our performance on individual questions has continued to improve, which is a testament to the great work you all have done identifying, ideating, and helping solve for those things. This quarter we have just two major areas of opportunity: Work Home Balance and Work Pace & Stress, both of which will be a major focus moving into the especially busy and stressful holiday season. We’ll pull through this one together, and that starts with being vulnerable about what we need, so thank you for sharing.
Here were your favorite parts about CTC in Q3:

Manager [Direct Supervisor]
Mission
Partners
Culture
Job Satisfaction

We work hard to hire, empower, develop excellent managers and leaders, and we love to see that you gave them nearly perfect marks this quarter! Mad props to everyone with direct reports. Cheers to our partners on their excellent performance too, especially as their ranks continue to grow (hey P!).

We love to see Culture, Job Satisfaction, and Mission come in so high on this list too. It’s so cool to work in a place where folks feel so aligned on what we’re doing and how we work together, and it’s even cooler to see the results on paper.
