At CTC, we care about your future, retired self and offers a voluntary 401k plan with various investment options. Regular full-time

Entrepreneurs, who are 18 years of age or older, may elect to participate in the 401k plan beginning 90 days after employment.  

CTC will match 3% of an Entrepreneurs annual salary up to a maximum match contribution of $3,000.

Example: Based on annual salary of $55,000

  • 3% contribution = $1,650
  • CTC match = $1,650 (this number is a max of $3,000)
  • Total 401k contribution = $3,300

Further details about the plan may be obtained through ADP Workforce Now or from the the Finance Department.
