CTC is growing and scaling, and that also means our platforms! Bob is a new people platform coming your way. Bob connects employees with each other and their managers. Bob listens with anonymous surveys + polls, capturing what’s most important and the voice of employees. Bob delights with culture + engagement, announcements, and dynamic data.

What’s Changing + Moving

Tell Me More Dreamer Profile > information that was once in Asana will now be in Bob under each employee’s profile. You’ll be able to find Personality Scores, Favorite Snacks, Hype Songs, Favorite places to eat and shop, and more.

With this information moving to Bob, you will also be able to see new information/data views including Employee Profiles, stat breakdowns on your Bob Home Page and Culture Club views.

Forward Progress > what was once in Employee Playbooks will now will now be launched in Bob, with notifications and reminders. You will be able to review past FPs under the Performance Tab and each time a FP Cycle is launched, you will receive an email to kick-start the process. Once you complete your Employee Self-Assessments, it will be automated to route to your Supervisor for completion of their feedback.

Surveys > Gone are the days where you submitted your survey responses in a Google form. Surveys will now be launched in Bob, making it easier to be notified when they begin and to submit anonymous feedback easily and efficiently. Every time a survey is launched you will receive an email notification. Launching surveys in Bob will also provide CTC with the means to receive dynamic analytics, ability to share results, and act on feedback quicker.

What’s New

Notifications + Support > Within the Bob platform are features for each user to be able to see notifications, as well as an area to go should you need support within the platform or want to learn more with access to help articles.

At-a-glance Details > On the Home page you will be able to see Company links, Company stats, Birthdays of co-workers, and Anniversaries.

ORG Charts > Now you can see real-time views of Organizational Charts and Culture Club views under the People tab.

Post Something > Now is the ability to post within Bob to have it reflect on the social media feel home page and have it directly link to our Bob slack channel.
