It’s all fun and games until someone pokes an eye out. Let’s just keep it fun and games, shall we? CTC wants our Headquarters to be a safe place for everyone and updates on workplace safety and health issues are communicated through regular internal communication such as:

  1. Team meetings
  2. Slack
  3. Memorandums
  4. Other written communications

To keep HQ safe, everyone is expected to obey safety rules and exercise caution and common sense in all work activities. Entrepreneurs may be subject to discipline for engaging in any unsafe or unhealthy work practice.

Entrepreneurs are required to promptly report all injuries at work, or other work-related injuries or illnesses to their supervisor or Human Resources in the Differentiation Department, regardless of how insignificant the injury may appear. Supervisors are responsible for obtaining first aid and proper medical care, and promptly reporting the injury to Human Resources in the Differentiation Department, who will fill out all appropriate forms and reports. The location of the nearest doctor and/or medical facility is posted on the bulletin board(s). CTC will not retaliate against an Entrepreneur who truthfully reports a work-related injury or illness.
