Under normal working conditions, entrepreneurs who have a job-related problem, question or complaint should first discuss it with their direct supervisor.  If a solution can’t be reached between the two of you, we encourages you to contact Human Resources of the Differentiation Department.  Entrepreneur s who wish to report a concern related to discrimination, harassment, or retaliation may contact the Human Resources of the Differentiation Department without first raising the concern to their supervisor if they feel more comfortable doing so.
