You’re part of our team now and we could not be more thrilled to have you! Your first 90 days are a time for you to get to know CTC and for us to get to know you a little better. Consider it a try-out time between yourself and CTC. If at 90 days you don’t think CTC is a good fit for what you’re trying to achieve as an entrepreneur of your own life, don’t sweat it. We won’t hold it against you and only want to see you achieve your dreams. Likewise, if at 90 days CTC doesn’t see your employment being mutually beneficial, we might call it. Just like in all other aspects of being an entrepreneur of CTC, please understand that employment remains at-will and that completion of the probationary period does not entitle any entrepreneur to remain employed by CTC for any definite period of time—an entrepreneur’s at-will status does not change following completion of the probationary period.

During the probationary period all entrepreneurs, including temporary entrepreneurs, accrue paid sick leave consistent with CTC’s Sick Time policy included herein. All entrepreneurs may use paid sick leave time as discussed in the Sick Time policy herein.

All entrepreneurs, regardless of classification or length of service, are expected to meet and maintain CTC standards, including those pertaining to job performance and behavior.
