Sometimes, changes happen. CTC is constantly evolving, driven to be the best version of itself for its clients and more importantly for you, the entrepreneur. This Handbook is designed to acquaint you with the major employment policies and practices of CTC in effect at the time of publication. That being said, what you’re reading now has the updated benefits and policies that guide your time here as an official part of the CTC team, and this version overrules and supersedes any past handbooks and inconsistent policy or benefit statements or memoranda pertaining to the policies and subject matter included in this Handbook, except any non-disclosures, confidentiality, trade secrets, concepts, campaigns, deliverables, works for hire, inventions, conflict of interest, external communication, employment and arbitration.

As the main referee, CTC reserves the right to revise, modify, supplement, or rescind any provisions of this Handbook as it sees necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion, other than the employment-at-will provisions and/or any non-disclosure, confidentiality or arbitration agreement between you and CTC. Indeed, CTC’s policy of at-will employment may only be changed or modified as provided for in Section 1.3 of this Handbook (“Employment Relationship”). Any changes to this Handbook will be effective on the dates determined by CTC. Any such changes must be in writing and must be signed by the Vice President of Differentiation. No oral statements, course of conduct or representations can in any way change or alter the provisions of this Handbook.
