Referrals are a genuine way to show CTC you care about our well being by extending our tribe. CTC trusts the judgement of the entrepreneurs we hire. As such, if an employee recommends someone new to join the CTC team as a client or a team member, we think they should be rewarded.

Referral Bonus | Clients

5% of first 3 months billable paid to referring employee. 

$2500 max payout per referral. 

Paid 3 months after contract start date. 

Must be an employee  at time of scheduled payment to receive payment.

Referral Bonus | Team Member

If a full time employee refers a new team member, $500 will be paid out after the new team member’s first 3 months are complete.

  • Non-employees (interns, part time, outside people) who refers a client to CTC will receive a $250 commission-structured payout.

ADmission | Referral

ADmission’s affiliate structure is now live for CTC employees. Which means you can now make some $$ off anyone you refer to Admission, when they sign up through your affiliate link! Here are the deets:

  1. 20% Commission for every month that your referrals stay an active, paying member of ADmission. (That’s $50/month!)
  2. Commission payouts will be net 30 – in other words, your payout comes within 30 days after member is billed.
  3. You must have a PayPal account to participate.

Once you sign up, you’ll see a nifty dashboard that will track any activity that comes through on your unique Affiliate Link.

4×400 | Referral

4×400 wants you to be a co-owner of the next home run brand that we start/buy, scale, and sell. Here’s how:

  1. Warmup: Complete this 3 minute survey for your epic DNVB idea for startup or brand purchase. After I receive your survey, I’ll run it through two models (with your help if necessary), and Josh Rodarmel has veto power. If it passes, you get $100 and move on to…
  2. 100m Dash: The partners (and a few 4×400 employees) will each complete a survey of your startup/acquisition idea. If it passes the group survey and a meeting with the partners (and potentially you), you get $250, and we’ll seriously consider starting/buying it. If we buy the brand you brought, you get $1000, but if we start a new brand from your idea, you get $2500. After purchase or startup, the following two incentive milestones apply:
  • High Jump: $500k in revenue in the first 12 months: Congrats, you own 1% of the new brand. To put into perspective, that is roughly worth at least $4k to $8k (assuming 10% net profit and a multiple between 8x and 15x)
  • Finish Line: Congrats again, you own 2% of the brand you brought to the table. Using the same math above and assuming we sell once we reach $10MM in revenue, that is roughly worth $160k-$300k
  • All referrals should be directed to Kohlman Verheyen at kohlman@4×400.com
  • Non-employees (interns, part time, outside people) who refers a client to 4×400 should reach out to Kohlman directly to discuss referral fees.

KYNSHIP | Referral

If a full time CTC employee refers client to Kynship and they sign, the employee will be paid out 7.5% commission (net revenue) on payments received for the term of Agreement. If payments exceed $10,000 commission payments will be paid out at 10% commission (net revenue). Please note that client referral commission is not subject to upsells such as Content, Paid Media and Web Development agreements. The commission is subject only to the original deal structure applicable to retainer and contract.
