There may come a point in time where a player wants to switch teams. No harm, no foul. We here at the Common Thread Collective want every entrepreneur  to do what is best for themselves in achieving their dreams as an entrepreneur. We support you and your dream, even if that takes you away from CTC. 

If you decide to leave for any reason, just give your direct supervisor a heads up. We ask for at least two weeks notice and that paid time off not be used in the weeks to your separation. Depending on the situation, CTC reserves the right to accept an entrepreneur ’s resignation effective immediately or in some cases, to pay the entrepreneur  in lieu of notice.  CTC will compensate entrepreneurs for work performed up to their date of separation (Final Paycheck) and any accrued, but unused vacation. Generally speaking, if enrolled, CTC sponsored group benefits will end at the end of the month in which the entrepreneur separates from employment.

It’s important to note that any Expensify reimbursements are forfeited if last day falls anywhere outside of the Expensify reporting due dates.
