The Common Thread Collective (CTC) has a special way of doing things. This Handbook is meant to provide you with information about our culture, benefits, and policies that guide your time here as an official part of the CTC team.

As with any successful team, there are some rules, regulations and expectations the Partners will hold everyone accountable to. Following the Handbook increases your likelihood of playing time verses getting benched, or even cut from the CTC team. The Handbook is a centralized place for all CTC entrepreneurs to check on what CTC has to offer them, what plays to make, moves to practice, and drills to run.

While this Handbook establishes the major employment policies and practices applicable to all entrepreneurs, please understand that this Handbook is not a contract and is not intended to imply a contractual relationship (express or implied). Further, as employment with CTC is at-will, nothing in this Handbook or any other personnel document, including benefit plan descriptions, creates or is intended to create a promise or representation of continued employment for any entrepreneur.

Be a responsible team player and familiarize yourself with the Handbook, it will only make you a faster, stronger, more competitive player for CTC and your professional career, and you will need to understand and comply with the provisions in this Handbook. If during your employment with CTC you have any questions about any of the provisions of this Handbook, or about any other issue pertaining to your employment, please speak with your supervisor or Human Resources in the Differentiation Department, who will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
