Threats to our well-being: we’re about $205k behind our ytd target. Launching a new team comes with friction and change. People will be in new roles, new processes will be developed.

Reasons for optimism: closed two new deals on Friday, Team 6 is starting with a healthy set of clients. We have 9 leads so far through the creative funnel. The BondiBoost opt-out tomorrow will add $15k to our total. We got through all 5 opt-outs at the end of April major win for everyone involved. We’re launching a creative webinar Friday featuring Bear, Patrick, and BG who have been featured in our Facebook case studies.
