OVERALL

As a reminder, monthly scores are only indicative of satisfaction and the quarterly scores are reflective of the larger intake form. Satisfaction for the end of Q3 came in at a 4.4, which is in line with our general satisfaction scores.

Over the past nine months, we’ve been asked for transparency. We addressed many of the open-ended responses and areas of opportunities collected from the Pulse in our Town Hall meeting (viewable here).

In this meeting, we provide updates on our bonus potential for Q4, current staff demographics, turnover, hiring commitments, and the formal announcement of our new COO, Orchid Bertelsen .
