Here’s what we’re doing about it:

Compensation | When it comes to compensation, we’re committed to continue benchmarking all of our salary decisions, and aiming for the top half of the market. We are also launching career paths for each department, so that you can plot a course to the financial reality you’re dreaming of.

Work Home Balance | For work home balance, we know that this critical aspect of work life has in many ways become more challenging in the remote work world. We want to help by providing guidance on how to unplug, continuing to provide outstanding time off benefits, and helping all of our dreamers clarify and live into their values through TMYD.

Business Focus | In terms of business focus, we’ve made great strides clarifying our offering to the market, and committing to our new business structure. As we build additional offerings and the departments to support them, we’re committed to keeping the strategy focused on what we do best.
