Put Videos on our Shared YouTube and Embed them on Common Knowledge

1. Log in to the CTC Learning YouTube account [email protected] (credentials are in LastPass for everyone, and 2 Factor Authentication setup is available here)
2. Upload your video to YouTube

3. Set the sharing settings to Private: Shared Privately: Let everyone at commonthreadco.com view
   1. 
4. Copy the following embed code and replace [VIDEO ID] with your YouTube video’s ID (the string of characters at the end of the URL).

Then paste the code into an HTML block on your article.

Finally, add a note that says “if you can’t see this video, visit youtube.com and log in with your CTC account.”
