CTC is thrilled to share a new compliance training platform partner, KnowBe4. KnowBe4 will assist CTC by providing web-based compliant training for key federal compliance training, starting with Sexual Harassment training.

All CTC employees will be receiving an email notification outlining the key training each employee has been assigned. You guessed it, there are different trainings for different states and different trainings for employees and supervisors. You will automatically be enrolled into the right training (that’s right, we got you!) and will be able to work through the training at your own pace.

When you receive your invite, you will be able to see the exact training you have been enrolled in (in the example above it lists Test).

Simply click the link to get started! You’ll be prompted to log-in before accessing your training.

Once you enter your email and password, you may receive a notification when you log-in. What to do? Just click “OK”

Once you get to main page, you will be able to access your training by clicking on your name in the upper right corner and selecting “My Training”

Once you choose, My Training, you will be able to go to your training.

Once you select Go to Training, you will have an option to take a tour of the platform.

Once you have taken your tour of the platform, you will be able to begin your training!

You will be prompted as you move through the training and continue on by clicking the green arrow “next”

In the event you need to “save and stop” your training to resume at another time, you will just need to click “Resume” when you go back into the platform. So easy!

In the event time gets away and training hasn’t been completed yet, you will receive a reminder notification until it is done.
