COVID Threats

2 big risks in the near future:

1. Supply Chain – Assessing the likelihood of a collapse of the US supply chain is an incredibly difficult task that probably isn’t worth the energy for us. What we need to do is stay in touch with partners and logistics people in our network to keep tabs on this threat.
2. Creative Production is Halted – We put a lot of resources into building out the studio. Next month is one of our biggest acceleration opportunities for the year because of mother’s and father’s day. We have big opportunities to offer up-sells. To solve for this problem, Iain will be leading a task force with people from each discipline to identify ways to do creative production and provide creative products so that we can sell campaigns during this time. This group will present back to the company about those opportunities. Let Iain or your manager know if you’re interested in participating.
