Exit Interview

As sad as it is to see you go, we wouldn’t be CTC without a proper goodbye. The Vice President of Differentiation will schedule an exit interview with a parting entrepreneur  on the entrepreneurs last day of employment to discuss what the entrepreneur  can expect next and collect any CTC owned property like:

  1. Office keys
  2. Company-issued credit cards
  3. Company Apple products (MacBook, iMac etc) and their accessories 
  4. Any additional Company-owned or issued property
  5. Removal of Company related apps from phone 

Benefits

If you had health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) through CTC, they will end on the last day of the month you’re with us as a full time entrepreneur . Looking to extend your coverage past the end of the month? No problem. You’ll get some information about the California Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (“Cal-COBRA”) to the email you signed up for ADP Workforce Now with.

If you’re enrolled in our 401k program, we’re pumped you invested in your future! Information regarding your plan will be provided at the exit interview.
