Handling sensitive information is not a task we take lightly. In partnering with clients we do our absolute best to ensure that private information stays just that, private. You can trust us. CTC has not, does not, and will not engage in sales of client data. Outlined  below are top precautions that we take to ensure our partners remain secure and protected.

Google Docs | We use Google Docs on the regular. Spreadsheets help our teams slice and dice data to make informed decisions. BUT rest assured our teams are hyper sensitive about who gets access to these sheets. In order to ensure that no history data is left accessible for anyone, our teams copy a duplicated template (with no history) and then use that to work off.  Additionally, any type of weekly reporting, COGS calculation sheets, etc are only shared with the team and the client.

Scoreboard | We love using Scoreboard because it’s a dashboard that aggregates information from a variety of different channels for our clients. BUT once we are no longer working with a client we will delete the Scoreboard account in which we no longer have access to any back end data.

Facebook Case Studies | When our clients are successful we like to celebrate! Being able to share strategic wins through Facebook case studies is a win win for us and our clients! BUT before every case study is published our clients will sign off on the information that is shared.

Copy & Assets | Before our paid media team pushes go to release new copy or assets into the world, we have a two step verification process. First, the team participates in “fresh eyes” which is a way for cross team members to check for spelling errors, ensuring the work is on brand, and any other mishaps because you know…we are all human. Secondly, we send the copy and creative out for client approval. We get an additional set of eyes on the work for a final once over. If all looks good then we are ready to rock and roll! This process takes place on our growth dashboards in ASANA where we can track all communications on changes, updates, etc. It is highly important that our clients and our team engage in conversations about copy and assets on these ASANA tiles so that we can keep everything in one place.

Email Lists | Show us the lists! We ask all our clients for past customer email lists so that we can use that information to build lookalike audiences and develop email campaign strategies. BUT we do not sell these lists or share these lists across client accounts. We are careful to only use what the client provides for each account.

LastPass | To ensure our internal and client logins stay safe, we use LastPass to house all passwords. This allows our teams to access information as needed while also giving access to only the right people.

Back End Access | Our teams are able to do what we do with ease of accessing key client accounts like Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and more. In order to do this we allow our employees to add coworkers to the account on an as needed basis. This does not give access to the entire company, but only the team that will be working directly on the account.

Advertisement Billing | We do not take credit card information from clients to pay for advertising costs. Instead, we ensure that each client has linked their credit card to the advertising account and will be billed directly via the platform. In some cases, normally around holiday or large sales, the team will ask for a back up card to hold on file in the event that the current method of payment reaches a limit or has any issues. In this case the method to receive that information will be sent via LastPass for secure collection.
