At CTC, we are for one another. One of the best ways to create connection and allow our Entrepreneurs to be seen and heard is through random acts of kindness. As true to our grateful practices on Mondays and Fridays, CTC empowers it’s Leads, Managers, Directors, Vice President’s and Partners to surprise and delight their direct reports and fellow dream entrepreneurs with a monthly Surprise & Delight budget. All surprise and delight purchases must be made on a CCC and reconciled in Expensify with a receipt as proof of purchase.
