We are 120k under plan for the month, about 160k behind plan ytd.

Threats: ad spend has slowed down a bit, which explains the slip in budget numbers above.

If we develop an inability to sit across from our teammates and resolve relational conflict, we’re not going to do well. This is especially important to pay attention to in the remote world.

The human beings in this company are awesome, the idea that anyone here would be anything but for each other is shocking. You are surrounded by people that care about you. If you have an issue, it may not be easy to share, but we need to sit with each other, share feelings we have, and move forward.

Optimism: Lots of contracts going out for renewal. Last we we closed on Do Amore, acceleration for Fresh Clean Tees and supply, chic geeks, and several expert buyer/creative deals.
