Transparency

We got off to an excellent start last week with Hyper Ice, and Doughp cookie dough. We’ve got some expert Facebook and Google clients coming on board too.

We have some work to do to make up for our October target, but we’re well on our way.

We’re building a new rhythm and continuity of process, which will be crucial as we continue to expand the number of teams. We’re centering the operation of Growth Teams around Growth Maps. Please take the time to meet the deadlines for Growth Maps as expected. This is a process, and if pieces don’t fall into place on time it can derail. We’re also starting a 2 hour prep period for teams to do deep work and preparation. Be sure to lean into that time to set yourself up for success.
