TIMELINE ⏱️ Your time in the Pursuit phase is determined by how many Dreams you’ve achieved in the past.

• Is this your first Dream? ➡️ You will have up to 6 months to achieve your Dream!
• Have you already achieved a Dream & are pursuing your second+ Dream? ➡️ You will have up to 12 months to achieve your Dream!

PURSUIT SESSIONS

Following Dream Declaration, your TMYD landscape will evolve to give you maximum resources for achieving your Dream. You will transition to a format consisting of one 1×1 session per month, in addition to one group format—called Pursuit Group—which also meets once a month. Your Pursuit Groups will include the people from your department, the people you work closely with every day. You make a good team, now it’s time to join hands & SEND THOSE DREAMS ✊🏽✊🏻✊🏾✊🏿

What does a good Pursuit Group member do?

• 💙 Show up | They are present at Pursuit Group meetings and they engage in conversations about Dreaming
• 🗣️ Speak up | They provide feedback (in-person & on Slack) to help their fellow Dreamers achieve their dreams, even when that feedback is difficult to give
• 🥳 Hype Up | They take charge as the official cheering section for their teammates in all things Dreaming

👥 Pursuit Debrief

The pursuit of a Dream is a highly personal process, that is why you will continue seeing your Dream Guide 1×1 once a month. These sessions provide you the space to debrief the pursuit of your Dream.
