What did you learn about the process of pursuing a dream?

Candidly, you might feel sick of your dream at some point (or many) while you’re pursuing it. When you feel that way, get voices around you that encourage you to stay committed for another more day – tomorrow might be the break through.

What advice would you offer to dreamers pursuing a similar dream to you?

If you’re pursuing a “rule of life”/”habit building”/”holistic health” dream, I cannot recommend this HIGHLY enough: build a period of evaluation into your dream pursuit plan. I started out with my values & some commitments that I thought would keep me feeling connected to those values. In reality, some of the commitments were helpful & others were not… that’s okay!
I set up the first 6 months of my dream pursuit to commit to habits in 30 day increments, then pause & evaluate at the end of each month – “are these habits really accomplishing what they’re intended to?” – then refining my approach.
The curious & flexible approach made the dream FUN and helped ensure that what I was doing had real impact.
