🎯 The Identification stage of TMYD is the final phase before you fire up the engines for Pursuit!

Goal 👀 Choose a dream to declare & define the details of what achievement looks like

Timeline ⏱️ Following the introspective deep-dive of Exploration, you have two more stops before declaration:

  1. A session with your Dream Guide dedicated to selecting a dream you want to actively pursue
  2. Dream Council meeting to approve you for Dream Day

Pro-tip: Use the Private Link template to discuss your answers with your Dream Guide prior to meeting with the Dream Council.

🧐 What is a Dream Council? 🧐

At CTC, the Dream Council consists of 3-4 Dreamers (typically a mix of TMYD staff and your CTC co-workers) who help you to hash out the details of your Dream before making your declaration at Dream Day.

The goal is to have extra eyes on your Dream, to ensure that your WHY is strong and your PLAN is clear.

With those two things, you’re aiming for achievement!
