Dream Achievement Forecast: May 2022

Why?

I have tons of dreams, but they could be achieved better if I was the best version of myself: a version of myself with internal peace. My anxiety has disrupted my internal peace for too long, and I’m ready to take actionable steps toward dissolving it. This is the first dream that I really need to achieve to go for all of my other dreams to the best of my ability.

How?

1. Select and start seeing a therapist that specializes in anxiety on a regular basis

2. Get through a presentation without a high level of anxiety using tactics I’ve learned from therapy

3. Participate in daily-weekday meditation for a month straight

4. Overall I’d rank my daily anxiety at a 7 out of 10 (a major milestone would be to get that anxiety ranking to a 4 or below)
