“I dream to become confident and healthy individual by losing 60+lbs in 6 months.”

Dream Achievement Forecast: March 2023

Why?

The reason I chose this dream is because Health is Wealth. I have a bunch of other inspiring dreams I want to accomplish, but in order to do them I need to live a longer life and increase the well-being of my body. Losing 60lbs will not only boost my self-esteem and confidence which I need to pursue other life goals, but it will keep me on this earth a little longer so I am able to enjoy the ones I love and share my future successes with them.

How?

25% Milestone: I have lost 10lbs, I am have chosen a workout routine and is comfortable with it, I work out 3+ days a week, and I have fully adjusted to my new diet with less desire to have cheat days
1st week of September

50% Milestone: I have lost 30lbs, I have switched from a vegan low carb diet to a fully Keto Vegan Diet that goes on for 2 months long with 1 week to reset my body, I now work out 5+ days a week, and I have implemented a stipulation if I get off track. Ex: Every time I miss a workout day I have to owe my fiancé $20 extra dollars to put towards our monthly debt payment
3rd week of November

75% Milestone: I have lost 50lbs, I now workout on vacations or special occasion days where I normally would not work out, I have reached out to others like me via Facebook communities and discord to stay motivated and connect with other people trying to lose weight like myself, and I regularly implement intermediate fasting into my diet
3rd week of Jan

100% Milestone: I have lost 60lb+ and I continue to adapt this weightless as a lifestyle
3rd week of Feb
