“To get back in shape in a way that is maintainable and fits my lifestyle.”

Dream Achievement Forecast: September 2022

Why?

I feel like I can’t move forward with other dreams without accomplishing this one first since fitness was a big part of my life.

How?

1) Get back in the rhythm of moving my body at least 2-3 times week.

2) Begin a routine of waking up early and going to the gym for at least 30 minutes every day before work.

3) Get back to running 7-minute miles.

4) I will be moving my body 5 times a week for 45 minutes and feeling mentally sharp, having good energy, feeling/looking strong, and being proud of myself.
