Why?

In the past, I’ve allowed what typically is considered success to weigh me down and put a lot of unnecessary pressure on myself.

How?

1. 3 Therapy Sessions Centered Around Defining Success Over Pursuit

2. Limit Weekly Work Hours on Side Hustle (Hours tbd)

3. Attend the Gym No More Than 3x a Week (I’ll be choosing to give myself more grace on what is considered a success and give myself more rest)

4. Hold Myself Accountable for 1 Day of Rest a Week
