Dream Achievement Forecast: April 2022

Why?

Part 1: Since I’m having a baby half way through this, I needed something practical that could be achieved with a newborn.

Part 2: Luxurious bathrooms are really important to me as a space where I can care for myself and my body in a way that I don’t make anywhere else.

How?

1. I need to get a basic idea of how I’m going to pay. Saving up? Heloc?

2. I want to hire an interior designer to come in and design a plan with me for what’s possible.

3. I want to create a shortlist of contractors and get estimates.

4. I want to finalize my financial plan so I can hit go on this dream when I’m ready.
