- Technical Issues during Cyber weekend/Holiday
- Step 1: Please contact our Meta Support Pros team by clicking this link to file a ticket.
- You need to be logged into a Facebook account that is linked to an active and spending ad account to file a ticket with MSP
- Meta support teams are available 24/7 during the holiday season. Expect an initial response within 2 hours.
- Step 2: Please be prepared with answers to the following bullets below
- Confirm that you’ve cleared your cache/cookies and tried the action on another device.
- Email address of the person experiencing the issue.
- Description of the issue.
- Campaign ID, Ad Set ID or Ad ID as well as a link to the Campaign, Ad Set, and/or Ad (i.e. click into the campaign and copy the URL in the search bar).
- Step 3: (optional): If the ticket is not resolved within 24 hours, email Account Rep directly
- The MSP team is equipped to assist with the following (see external support guide):
- Technical issues/bugs
- Basic reporting and insights questions
- Pages requests (page merges, global pages, verifications, etc.)
- Ad disapprovals/policy
- Ad performance and delivery
- Ad account settings and management tools
- Payment/invoicing/billing
- Business Manager and Instagram questions

- Proactively review credit lines, monthly invoicing threshold, daily spending limits to avoid disruptions
- Available credit can be monitored any time through Business Manager > Payments > Credit available

- If you anticipate certain ads to be flagged or rejected, learn more about our Ads Policy Pre-check Program (found in the checklist) or schedule your ads in advance (I recommend 3 days to allow time for review and revisions).
