You can change someone’s role in your Business Manager at any time.

Before you begin

Only admins can change someone’s role.

Change someone’s role in Business Manager

To change someone’s role in Business Manager:

  1. Go to Business Settings.
  2. Below Users, click People.
  3. Select the name of the person whose role you want to change.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. You can edit the person’s first name, last name, Business Manager role and finance role.
  6. Click Update Person.
