CLIENT TRANSITION LOG
You closed a sale with a client!! Or maybe your client has decided to add-on more services with CTC! First off: Great work! Now: Let’s prepare this client information so that they can join the CTC ecosystem. In order to create a smooth transition, they will need their business development team partner or their current service partner to will fill out a Transition Log. That’s you.
In the case of business development and sales, the transition log is designed to extract useful information about what happened in the sales process so that the operations team has a place to reference it.
The Transition Log is also designed to follow a client’s journey as they move from team to team. When a client moves from an expert buyer to a growth team, the expert buyer must fill out the transition log before the client gets their growth team. This information will be recorded for future team members working on the account that may need more context.
Please be aware the transition logs will live on the shared google drive for any CTC employee to easily access.
