Growth Map Responsibility

Responsibility Breakdown:
- For new clients, Growth guides are responsible for making new folders in Growth Maps – All Clients, from the master template file [Template] | Growth Map | [Month]. This process should be complete before an initial kickoff call
- For existing clients, PMB’s are responsible for creating new folders for upcoming months, then for duplicating existing Growth Maps for the upcoming months projection. This process should be complete 4 business days prior to due date for Bottom Up Budgets
- Growth Guide Management is responsible for maintaining accuracy (specifically adding new clients and removing old clients) of “Growth Map Checklist”. This process is prerequisite for Director of Paid Search & Paid Media Managers being able to complete their sign off of PSB’s and PMB’s Bottom up Budgets
- Director of Paid Search & Paid Media Managers are responsible for completing “Growth Map Checklist”, after Bottom Up Budgets are submitted by PSB’s and PMB’s
- PSB’s and PMB’s are responsible for taking best practices and developments from [Template] | Growth Map | [Month] and incorporating them into the Facebook / Google projection tabs for Growth Maps that are being duplicated from previous months for existing clients
- Note: Projected and target spend should be the same at the start of the month. Once target numbers are locked in they should not change. The only alternations should happen on the projected.
